Meet the team:
Roles & Responsibilities:
● Lead the development of long-term strategic plans for global supply chain,
ensuring alignment with company objectives and growth strategies.
● Analyze market trends, supply chain performance data, and emerging
technologies to provide actionable insights that optimize cost, efficiency, and
supply chain continuity.
● Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the
effectiveness of supply chain operations and identify areas for improvement.
● Analyze and optimize cost structures across the supply chain, identifying
opportunities to reduce costs while maintaining service levels.
● Provide insights on cost drivers and work closely with cross-functional teams to
drive cost reduction initiatives.
● Lead BOM analysis to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with
production and procurement strategies.
● Collaborate with product development and engineering teams to optimize BOM
structures, reducing complexity and cost where possible.
● Implement and streamline BOM management processes, order management and
improve product lifecycle management.
● Conduct ongoing analysis of local and federal regulations impacting the supply
chain, ensuring full compliance with relevant laws, including Buy American Act
and other regulatory requirements.
● Work closely with cross functional teams to ensure all suppliers and sourcing
decisions meet the necessary regulatory standards.
● Develop and implement strategies to ensure the company adheres to domestic
sourcing requirements, including supporting audits and maintaining necessary
documentation
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
a related field. MBA is a plus.
● 7+ years of experience in strategic planning, analytics, or supply chain
management, with a focus on cost analysis, market research, and regulatory
compliance.
● Strong experience in data analysis, forecasting, and financial modeling related to
supply chain operations.
● In-depth understanding of supply chain processes, order management systems,
and BOM structures.
● Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and influence teams
across functions.
● Knowledge of compliance requirements, including Buy American Act and other
local/federal regulations.
