Tutor Intelligence is an MIT-founded AI robotics company transforming manufacturing and packaging operations for the world’s largest brands and logistics providers. We’re building a category-defining company and scaling our team of curious, capable, and collaborative people who care about revolutionizing the physical world.

We’re looking for a Strategic Partnerships Manager to lead key relationships with Tutor’s largest enterprise customers: the world’s largest CPG manufacturers and global logistics organizations, with hundreds of sites across the country.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy, relationship development, and commercial execution. You will work in close collaboration with Account Executives and cross-functional teammates to grow high-impact partnerships, advancing decentralized (site-level) sales efforts and enterprise-level engagement with C-suite executives.

You’ll be instrumental in building scalable infrastructure (contracts, commercial frameworks, engagement plans), navigating complex organizations, and helping Tutor become a trusted, long-term partner to industry leaders. We’re looking for someone with strong business judgment, excellent interpersonal skills, and a systems-level view of how large organizations operate.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead Strategic Relationships: Cultivate trusted partnerships across enterprise customers—from operations leaders to executives. Serve as a consistent and thoughtful presence across all levels of engagement.
  • Accelerate Sales Execution: Partner with Account Executives to enable site-level wins and enterprise expansion. Coordinate across customer stakeholders in operations, procurement, finance, innovation, and legal.
  • Build Scalable Infrastructure: Develop the foundational tools– contracts, frameworks, processes– that allow for smooth deployment, clear communication, and scalable growth.
  • Represent Tutor in High-Impact Settings: Join and lead conversations with enterprise executives, navigating strategic discussions and ensuring Tutor’s role as a thoughtful, high-value partner.

Who You Are

  • Relationship-Oriented and Strategic: You build trust easily, communicate clearly, and think long-term. You enjoy helping people solve real problems and aligning efforts across teams.
  • Organized and Impact-Driven: You bring structure to ambiguity. You can manage complex projects across stakeholders and are motivated by seeing ideas translate into action.
  • Collaborative and Curious: You love learning how businesses run—especially ones rooted in real-world operations and physical systems. You’re eager to understand what makes them work, and how to help them improve.
  • Emotionally Intelligent and Adaptable: You navigate diverse personalities, read the room, and approach challenging moments with care and confidence. You know when to lead, when to listen, and how to do both well.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in complex partnerships, enterprise sales, business development, customer success, strategy, or consulting
  • Experience working with or within large, multi-site organizations
  • Exposure to operationally complex industries such as manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, or industrial automation
  • Familiarity with operational, legal, procurement, and finance processes within enterprise settings
  • Experience with automation is a plus but not required

Why Join Tutor

  • Work alongside a mission-driven team solving high-impact, real-world problems
  • Build relationships with some of the world’s most influential companies
  • Lead and own strategic efforts in a fast-paced environment
  • Help shape the future of intelligent systems and automation
  • Competitive compensation, equity, and comprehensive benefits

We welcome candidates from all backgrounds and experiences. If you’re excited by this opportunity but don’t meet every listed qualification, we still encourage you to apply; we value potential, curiosity, and a commitment to growth.
