* The Pricing Program Profitability Specialist will be a key player in optimizing partner pricing program utilization. This role will involve creating strategic partnerships with Sales, Product & Partner Management (PPM), and Partners to identify and implement pricing program enhancements to benefit both clients and CDW. The Pricing Program Profitability Specialist will be responsible for advancing profitability through the application of strategic partner pricing programs in respective categories across CDW business segments.
* What you'll do
* Develop trusted partnerships with Sales, PPM, and Partners to provide strategic partner pricing program utilization
* Create communication channel to assist Sales in identifying pricing discount enhancements within CDW's forecasted opportunity pipeline.
* Collaborate with PPM Brand and Category leaders to apply incremental partner pricing programs, creating the best value for clients while maximizing margin for CDW
* Act as a subject matter expert on partner pricing discount portfolio.
* Track and measure profitability impact related to pricing actions.
* What we expect of you
* Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or a related field.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in pricing, finance, or related fields.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proven ability to develop strategic partnerships.
* Experience with profitability tracking and measurement.
* Advanced knowledge of pricing strategies and discount portfolios.
* Preferred skills, experience, and qualities needed
* Strategic thinking and planning.
* Proficient in data analysis and financial modeling.
* Strong decision-making abilities.
* Solution-oriented negotiation
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
