If you’re good at what you do, you can work anywhere. If you’re the best at what you do, come work for Doma Technology.About Us

Doma Technology LLC offers solutions for lenders, real estate professionals, title agents, and homeowners that make closings vastly simpler and more efficient, reducing cost and increasing customer satisfaction.

Our Values
  • Obsessively Entrepreneurial - We encourage calculated risk-taking, and we know that some of our best learning happens by making mistakes along the way.
  • People First - We communicate with honesty and respect to our customers, colleagues, and partners.
  • Better Together - We believe diversity, equity and inclusion creates value through the differences in our backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives.
  • Act with Integrity - We hold ourselves to the highest ethical standards in all of our business practices.

As a Strategic Partner Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving new revenue opportunities and product adoption by influencing lending institutions to activate and expand use of our solutions through established platform partnerships.  Rather than engaging in traditional direct product sales, this role focuses on securing lender participation in partner-enabled programs, accelerating implementation timelines, and ensuring successful go-live execution.

In parallel, you will work closely with platform partners to advocate for our solutions, enable their teams, and scale adoption across their existing customer base. The role requires a balanced approach - spending equal time engaging lenders directly and driving results through strategic partners.

Success in this position demands strong executive presence, the ability to influence across multiple stakeholders, disciplined follow-through, and comfort operating within complex, multi-party ecosystems to consistently move initiatives forward.

What you will do:

  • Drive adoption of our products through partner platforms
  • Sell lenders on why they should opt into these programs, commit resources, complete technical work, and push to the front of the line for limited program slots
  • Actively influence partner sales organizations, including large field teams, to understand, position, and promote our offerings to their customers
  • Create and deliver enablement materials, webinars, and executive-level messaging to arm partner sales teams with a clear value story
  • Work directly with external senior leaders and large lenders to unblock onboarding, accelerate timelines, and resolve issues
  • Balance one-to-one lender selling with large-scale partner leverage, knowing where direct pressure versus partner pressure will move the needle fastest
  • Support the onboarding and activation of new lenders once accepted into partner programs, working cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Represent the company with executive credibility, holding court with partner executives and lender leadership
  • Operate independently in year one as a strategic individual contributor, supporting the executive leadership team rather than building or managing a team

What success looks like:

  • Lenders proactively requesting entry into partner programs and prioritizing implementation
  • Partner sales teams actively pitching and advocating for our products at scale
  • Increased revenue driven through partner channels with hundreds of downstream lender activations
  • Faster onboarding cycles and deeper penetration within existing partner ecosystems

Required Experience:

  • 7-12 years of experience in complex sales, partnerships, or channel-driven revenue roles
  • A proven ability to influence outcomes without owning the full, traditional sales cycle
  • Experience working with large financial institutions, mortgage lenders, or fintech platforms
  • Comfort selling at the executive level and navigating multi-party decision-making
  • Strong business judgment and the ability to apply pressure diplomatically but relentlessly
  • Experience enabling or mobilizing indirect sales forces is a strong plus

  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
