The Importance of the Role
 

Join a dynamic and innovative Strategic Operations team where your contributions will directly impact the organization’s marketing and business operations initiatives. As a Strategic Operations intern, you will work closely with Marketing Operations and Promotional and Medical Material Review Committee. In addition, this role will support Business Operations, including financial reporting and communications. This role will assist in developing process and efficiency initiatives, analyzes financial performance and capture the appropriate metrics and shares data through reporting. Additionally, this role provides ongoing operational support and drives greater utilization of tools through analysis, process refinement, documentation, and education.

The Opportunity to Make a Difference

  • Support the Strategic Operations team and provide visibility into Business Operations and Marketing Operations Vendor relations with potential opportunity to implement new ways of working and overseeing general operational tasks.
  • Participate in cross functional projects, including the creation of a templated tool to automatically track Vendor budget/monthly forecasted spend and training.
  • Capture and documentation of process(es) which will be communicated, trained to external Vendors, and presented to Finance colleagues.
  • Assist Business Operations with monthly and ad hoc excel based report design as well as communications to key business stakeholders.
  • Observe other Strategic Operations functions, including Marketing Operations, Promotional Material Review (PRC), and Strategic and Tactical planning.

More about You

  • Bachelor’s degree candidates who have completed their sophomore year and are pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing or Communications preferred.
  • Must be detail oriented, task focused and have an aspiration for Business process.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with a focus in Excel.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong collaborator with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • High attention to detail.

This position is hybrid, you will be expected to work on site at one of Sarepta’s facilities in the United States and/or attend Company-sponsored in-person events from time to time.

The targeted salary range for this position is $21 - $25 per hour depending upon years of education completed and nature of role.

Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
