Position Overview:
Analog Devices' Automotive Business Unit is leveraging our industry-leading automotive technologies such as Gigabit Multimedia Serial Link (GMSL), Digital Signal Processors (DSP), and Audio transceivers (A2B), Ethernet-to-the-Edge transceivers (E2B) to adjacent markets beyond automotive, helping to solve complex problems in innovative applications in Industrial Automation, Digital Healthcare, Consumer, Instrumentation, and Aerospace & Defense markets.
The Marketing & Ecosystem Strategy group is seeking for a highly motivated, collaborative, and customer-centric Strategic Marketing Engineerto drive the business, go-to-market and ecosystem strategies for market development in these adjacent vertical markets and broad market enablement. This position will have a unique opportunity to interface with multi-disciplinary, cross-organization teams such as business units, system applications, field teams and corporate marketing teams, as well as external customers and ecosystem partners.
Responsibilities:
Currently seeking for an experienced Strategic Marketing Engineer who can excel in the following areas:

Develop business strategies and drive growth plans by leveraging our automotive technology solutions in various markets.

Drive go-to-market strategies and execution plans for broad market enablement.
-
Collaborate with sales and cross function teams to drive pipeline growth and convert opportunities to design wins.
-
Define pricing strategies, product value messaging, new product roadmaps and promotions to accelerate business growth.
-
Engage with customers and ecosystem partners to identify the system requirements and challenges, translate the problem statement into solutions comprising ACE technologies and ADI signal chains.

Investigate and develop business in emerging markets and applications to expand SAM and drive future growth.

Perform market intelligence including trends and competition analysis to drive data-driven decisions and strategies.

Support leadership team in forecast and business reporting.
Requirements:
Strong candidates with the following experiences and qualifications will be considered:
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Master’s in Business Administration with engineering background or equivalent
-
1+ years of experience in related product marketing, applications, strategic marketing, or business development role, ideally within the semiconductor, electronics, or technology industries.
-
Experience with articulating technical concepts and value propositions to customers and discussing system requirements.
-
Demonstrate leadership skills and self-starter mindset to drive new businesses.
-
Ability to work across a large organization and diverse teams.
-
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
-
Ability to travel for customer and partner meetings as required.
Beneficial skills:
-
Demonstrate strong business acumens with awareness of best marketing, research, and business planning practices.

Strong knowledge of solutions or applications in Audio, video, high-speed connectivity technologies, Mixed-signals and sensors, and experience in Industrial, Automotive, Defense or Consumer markets will be a plus.

Experience with Go-to-Market strategies and brand building.

Track record of working cross functionally with business units, digital/ecommerce, ecosystem partners and sales.
