The Strategic Implementation Architect will guide the evolution of how Lumin Digital configures, implements, and scales its online banking platform. This role is responsible for identifying pain points in current workflows, envisioning scalable future-state solutions, and working cross-functionally with Delivery, Product Management, and Development teams. Success requires both strategic thinking and an ability to translate vision into action via tooling, process improvements, and documentation.


Essential Functions, Responsibilities, Experience:

Partner with Product Management and Development to define and implement a strategic configuration approach that enables scalability and a measurable increase in delivery efficiency.

Identify opportunities for automation, configuration accelerators, and tooling to streamline implementation.

Document and communicate configuration principles, standards, and best practices across the organization.

Define MVPs and lead internal pilots for new tools, processes, or approaches.

Serve as a strategic advisor on configuration and implementation best practices.

Continuously evaluate and improve delivery processes to enhance results and efficiency.

Perform other duties as assigned.


Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

Demonstrate behaviors based on Lumin Digital’s values.

Advanced knowledge of digital banking or financial services implementations.

Strategic mindset with the ability to zoom out while still considering tactical execution.

Strong leadership skills to achieve business objectives and foster team success.

Excellent communication and facilitation skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Knowledge of or exposure to configuration tooling, automation platforms, scripting, or DevOps concepts.

Strong analytical and systems thinking skills.

Experience with Agile teams and MVP delivery models.

Comfortable operating independently while collaborating cross-functionally.



Education: 

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.


Travel: 

Minimal, generally 12 days or less per year (~2X team get-togethers a year)
