Your Role

We are seeking a Strategic Finance Associate / Sr. Associate to join our growing finance team, with a focus on Go-to-Market Finance. In this role, you will partner closely with GTM leaders to shape and optimize the revenue strategy of our business, build and maintain financial models, develop KPI frameworks, and deliver insights that influence investment decisions and growth priorities.

This is a high-visibility, high-impact role where you will understand our full business at the driver level, and from that foundation drive resource allocation decisions and influence long-term strategy. This role is highly cross-functional and will help set targets and assess the ROI of projects across departments in the GTM org.

What you’ll do
  • Design and own core financial models that support our annual plan, long-range forecast, and GTM strategy

  • Partner with GTM leaders to set targets, evaluate resourcing decisions, track performance against KPIs, and manage spend efficiency to dynamically influence strategic priorities and decision making

  • Support executive decision-making by preparing high-quality board materials, investor updates, and leadership presentations

  • Drive forecasting and reporting processes across revenue, expenses, headcount, cash flow, and retention metrics

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years of private equity, investment banking, consulting, or similar experience

  • Strong analytical and modeling skills with fluency in Excel/GSheets, SQL experience is a plus

  • Extreme attention to detail and a high regard for precision

  • Strong written and verbal communication

  • Ownership mindset with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and stakeholders

  • Familiarity with technology / SaaS business models

  • Experience in strategic finance at a high-growth technology company is a plus

The salary range for this role is $128,000-$184,000. The salary for this position is determined based on a variety of job-related factors that may include location, relevant experience, education, or particular skills and expertise.
