THE ROLE

We’re hiring a Strategic Finance Manager to support one of Fullscript’s fastest-growing segments. In this role, you’ll work closely with the GM and cross-functional leaders across Commercial, Product, and Operations to understand business performance and support key decisions.

This is a high-impact individual contributor role where you’ll operate at the intersection of finance, strategy, and execution. You’ll own the financial model, develop business cases, and help translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Own the economic model. Become the owner of the segment financial and unit economic model, driving forecasting and tracking of the business
  • Lead performance reporting. Produce clear performance narratives with insights, options, and recommendations
  • Own the scorecard and diagnostics. Define and measure key business performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve outcomes
  • Lead driver-based analyses to uncover performance drivers and areas for value creation
  • Build investment-grade business cases, including scenario analysis, payback, and risk assessment
  • Partner closely with the GM and leaders across Commercial, Product, and Operations to support decision-making
  • Provide financial insight to guide tradeoffs across initiatives, investments, and operational decisions
  • Develop a deep understanding of the business’s economic drivers and how they impact growth and profitability
  • Maintain a dynamic economic model and contribute to the ongoing performance narrative
  • Partner with data and analytics teams to operationalize insights into dashboards and tools
WHAT YOU BRING
  • 5+ years of experience in strategic finance, consulting, investment banking, or a related field
  • Strong financial modeling skills, including driver-based forecasting, scenario analysis, and business case development
  • Structured problem-solving skills and comfort working through ambiguous business challenges
  • Ability to translate complex analysis into clear, actionable insights
  • Experience working cross-functionally and supporting decision-making across teams
  • Strong communication skills, including presenting insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
  • Bias for action and ability to move from analysis to execution
