We are seeking an experienced Strategic Enterprise Account Manager to join our Sales team and take ownership of a high-value book of business. This is a farmer role focused on managing and expanding relationships within our most strategic enterprise accounts. The ideal candidate is supremely organized, highly responsive, and passionate about delivering long-term value to customers through thoughtful account management and growth strategies.
This individual will play a critical role in deepening customer relationships, identifying expansion opportunities, and ensuring successful outcomes in partnership with Customer Success, Product, and Executive Leadership teams. Experience working with customers in real estate, financial services, insurance, or mortgage/title industries is highly preferred.
As our Strategic Enterprise Account Manager, you will:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts
- Own the post-sale customer relationship, becoming a trusted advisor to key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Develop and execute strategic account plans tailored to each customer, focusing on long-term partnership and revenue growth
- Identify and close upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities in collaboration with Customer Success and other internal teams
- Act as the internal voice of the customer, advocating for customer needs and collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Support
- Navigate complex organizations and build multi-threaded relationships, including at the executive level
- Partner with Legal to lead renewals and contract negotiations
- Maintain accurate forecasts and reporting in Salesforce and other GTM systems
- Communicate effectively across channels (Slack, Google Suite, Email) and contribute to a collaborative team culture
As our Strategic Enterprise Account Manager, you should have:
- 10+ years of enterprise account management or strategic customer success experience
- A strong track record of growing large strategic accounts and demonstrated success expanding multi-million-dollar relationships
- Industry experience in real estate (title/lender), financial services, or insurance highly preferred
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple accounts and deadlines
- Strong executive presence
- Proven attention to detail and ability to analyze data to drive decisions and account strategy
- Demonstrable track record closing $1M/year SaaS contracts with Fortune 1000 accounts.
- The desire for feedback and coaching.
- Existing relationships within key accounts.
