We are looking for a curious, data-obsessed Strategic Analytics Associate to join our team. This is a high-impact role ideal for a graduate with a background in Mathematics, Engineering, or Data Science who wants to bridge the gap between technical analysis and corporate strategy.
In this role, you will start by mastering our "Actionable Insights" engine—helping us produce critical deliverables like our Weekly Podcast and End-of-Quarter Strategy Packages. As you grow, you will take on increasing technical responsibility, helping to build machine learning models, leverage LLMs (like Gemini) for data augmentation, and engineer workflows in our modern data stack.
What You’ll Do:Strategic Monitoring: Own the 360-degree monitoring of core business metrics. You will be the first line of defense in spotting trends, risks, and anomalies.
Executive Reporting: Assist in the production of high-visibility deliverables, including the Weekly Podcast (tactical updates) and the End-of-Quarter Package (strategic deep dives).
Ad-Hoc Analysis: Partner with the Strategy team to answer critical business questions using data (e.g., "Why is net retention trending up in this specific segment?")
Data Amplification: Use Generative AI tools (like Gemini) to process, clean, and re-categorize unstructured data (e.g., sales notes) to improve our dataset quality.
Model Support: Assist in the development and maintenance of our predictive models, such as Churn Prediction, Expansion Scoring, and Prospect Scoring.
Modern Stack Engineering: Build and maintain reproducible data workflows using Hex.tech, Snowflake, and dbt.
SQL: Strong foundational knowledge is required. You should be comfortable querying complex datasets.
Python/R: Experience with Python for data manipulation (pandas, numpy) is highly preferred.
Tools: Exposure to (or a strong desire to learn) Snowflake, dbt, and Hex.tech.
Business Acumen: You don't just output numbers; you want to understand why they matter to the business strategy.
Curiosity: You are the type of person who digs deeper when they see an outlier rather than ignoring it.
Communication: Ability to visualize data clearly and explain complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
It’d Be Awesome If You Also…
Have hands-on experience with AI/LLMs or modern security tools.
Love solving complex problems with a collaborative team.
Bring fresh ideas and aren’t afraid to challenge the status quo.
