As a Strategic Account Program Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind how our Strategic Account team operates and collaborates. You’ll blend program management with analytical precision, helping us work smarter, communicate better, and make sharper decisions across key initiatives.
- Build and manage centralized resource hubs that keep the Strategic Accounts team aligned, informed, and efficient.
- Support quota reporting, sales forecasting, and Annual Operating Plan inputs that shape strategy and drive accountability.
- Act as the go-between for Product and Strategic Accounts—translating rollouts into clear, actionable updates for internal and external teams.
- Lead the coordination and planning of product-related meetings and communications, ensuring stakeholders stay synced and focused.
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing to craft engaging materials and resources that support education and adoption.
- Maintain and evolve our strategic content library, including QBR decks and client-ready materials that reflect our top priorities.
- Represent Strategic Accounts in key cross-functional efforts, contributing insights and helping connect the dots across teams.
- Spot gaps, recommend smarter processes, and help us move faster and more effectively in a high-velocity environment.
- 2–4 years of program management experience, with 4–5+ years working cross-functionally across product, marketing, sales, or operations.
- 2+ years in sales analytics or a related field, with hands-on experience in forecasting, reporting, or sales comp analysis.
- Expert-level skills in Excel and PowerPoint, with a sharp eye for detail and clarity in documentation.
- A knack for organizing complex information—you're the person who builds systems others rely on.
- Strong communicator with the ability to simplify ideas, align stakeholders, and foster clarity across teams.
- Track record of proactively identifying problems and designing solutions that boost team efficiency.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities with a sense of ownership, focus, and follow-through.
- Experience creating scalable internal tools, templates, and resources that help teams do their best work.

The goal of Playlist’s compensation program is to be transparent, attract potential employees, meet the needs of all current employees, and encourage Team Members to stay with our organization.
Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
The base salary range for this position in the United States is $80,200 to $100,300. The total compensation package for this position may also include performance bonus, stock, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
