- 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, Management Consulting, or other client-facing roles within warehouse operations and/or logistics
- Experience creating and delivering executive presentations, and working with enterprise organizations in multicultural business environments
- Experience coordinating and driving action across cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Professional Services)
- Strong bias for action and customer impact
- Ability to expertly demonstrate Verve Motion technology to end users
- Proven ability to develop champions, build stakeholder mindshare, and close business at the VP and C-suite levels
- Thrive on solving problems. Amid uncertainty, you develop an independent perspective and know how to structure information and initiatives to drive meaningful outcomes
- Communicate clearly and effectively across all levels of an organization, from operations and EHS teams to C-level executives
- Have direct experience implementing operational change and/or deploying business technology systems in operational environments
- Are customer-focused and excited to partner with customers to deliver measurable impact
- Are resourceful, adaptable, and understand that every customer sees the world differently
- Are willing and able to travel (estimated 40%)
- Have negotiated six- and seven-figure, multi year deals with multinational companies
- Have consistently met or exceeded quota in a fast-paced technology company environment
