At Netrix Global, the Strategic Account Manager role is a remote U.S.-based position, ideally for candidates residing in or near a major metropolitan area and is designed for future expansion needs. You will focus on leading and growing high-value enterprise relationships as a consultative partner and trusted advisor. We’re seeking a proven top performer in IT consulting—ideally in the top 5% of sales professionals at their current organization.
This role focuses on driving long-term business outcomes through strategic engagement, solution alignment, and innovation. You’ll influence client strategies and technology roadmaps while accelerating revenue growth across a portfolio of enterprise and global accounts.
You’ll excel at shaping and executing account strategies that deliver measurable impact, meeting with clients and prospects extensively, and navigating highly technical environments with ease—whether through web-based presentations or face-to-face meetings.
Ambition is key: we’re looking for someone ready to lead the division in sales and earnings consistently surpassing multi-million-dollar annual sales targets.
How You Will Make An Impact- Build and expand strategic relationships across multiple business units and executive levels.
- Position the organization as a key partner in clients’ digital transformation and technology initiatives.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans that drive solution adoption and portfolio expansion.
- Lead complex sales cycles from discovery through negotiation and close.
- Partner cross-functionally to deliver integrated, end-to-end solutions tailored to client needs.
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and reporting aligned with revenue goals.
- Facilitate executive business reviews and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
- Drive innovation and growth through strategic alignment and partnership development.
- 7+ years of successful strategic technology sales or enterprise account management, with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or equivalent experience.
- Advanced vendor or technology certifications are a plus.
- Strong understanding of cloud, cybersecurity, and IT consulting solutions. Ability to structure and negotiate complex, multi-million-dollar deals with financial and technical precision.
- Strategic thinker with consultative selling expertise. Excellent executive communication, influence, and negotiation skills. Strong leadership presence and collaborative approach.
- Operates independently, driving strategic initiatives across multiple accounts and escalating only critical issues.
- Up to 25% travel for strategic account visits, conferences, and executive meetings.
