What you'll do
As an Enterprise Account Executive focusing on Expansion at TRACTIAN you will be responsible for managing customer projects within the manufacturing maintenance sector. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and expansion by driving maintenance operational excellence and enhancing their reliability programs.

Responsibilities

  • Strategically manage key accounts to maximize revenue growth and client retention
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, including by accomplishing on-site visit to customers plants.
  • Collaborate with customer and technical teams to align solutions with client needs.
  • Perform various methods of prospecting Outbound/Cold Call approach o expand into new facilities of existing customers

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or proven track record of selling into the Manufacturing sector,
  • 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Account Management, with a proven track record in revenue growth.
  • Experience in implementing technical projects in the manufacturing sector
  • Strong understanding of B2B account management and sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in using HubSpot CRM for account analysis and opportunity management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinking with a focus on revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining attention to detail.

Bonus Points

  • Experience in software-as-a-service sales.
  • Experience within the Maintenance or Automation sector
