We partner with communities, health systems, policymakers, and leaders across the state to advance affordability, equity, and outcomes – and we approach this work with analytical rigor, creativity, and a commitment to measurable impact.

We envision a community where everyone has the opportunity to be healthy and can access affordable, high-quality care. Our core values – Service, Stewardship, Integrity, and Equity – guide every aspect of our work and reflect our dedication to empower people and organizations working to improve health and well-being across the state.
