The Staking Summit Ecosystem Lead is responsible for speaker outreach, protocol research, community building, and ecosystem development to enhance conference engagement and drive ticket sales.

Location Remote position with flexibility to coordinate across global timezones for Buenos Aires event logistics.
Core Responsibilities
- Speaker Outreach & Relations: Identify and secure high-profile speakers from leading DeFi protocols and staking platforms. Build authentic relationships with ecosystem leaders to create compelling conference programming that drives attendance.
- Protocol Research & Engagement: Conduct comprehensive research across staking and yield protocols to identify key decision-makers, understand their value propositions, and develop targeted outreach strategies for both speakers and attendees.
- Community Building & Marketing: Execute direct outreach campaigns to drive ticket sales, manage social media presence, and create marketing communications that resonate with the DeFi community. Focus on relationship-building rather than transactional interactions.
- Ecosystem Development: Explain how Staking Summit provides value to protocols, identify partnership opportunities, and serve as the primary liaison between the conference and the broader staking ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Deep understanding of DeFi protocols, staking mechanisms, and on-chain yield strategies
- Proven experience in community building and ecosystem engagement within crypto/DeFi
- Strong social media management and marketing communications skills
- Excellent lead generation and direct outreach capabilities
- Established network within staking, yield farming, or DeFi protocol communities
- Superior written and verbal communication in English
- Experience identifying and engaging with C-level executives and protocol decision-makers
- 2+ years in DeFi business development, community management, or ecosystem roles
