Stagiaire en vente / Développement commercial 

En tant que stagiaire junior en vente/développement commercial, vous contribuerez à notre croissance en : constituant et entretenant un portefeuille de clients du secteur financier, en soutenant la gestion stratégique des comptes, en effectuant des analyses du marché et de la concurrence, et en contribuant à notre stratégie de vente B2B. Sous la supervision d'un mentor expérimenté, vous apprendrez à approcher, qualifier et convertir des prospects, et vous développerez une compréhension des défis et des opportunités dans les domaines de la banque, de l'assurance et des technologies financières.

Responsabilités :
* Identifier et prospecter de manière proactive des clients potentiels (banques, compagnies d'assurance, fintechs) via des études de marché, des bases de données, LinkedIn, la création de réseaux.
* Soutenir la gestion des comptes : entretenir et gérer les relations avec les prospects, maintenir le contact, comprendre les besoins, positionner l'offre de Bounteous pour une adéquation maximale.
* Qualifier les prospects et gérer les outils CRM / de suivi des prospects ; tenir à jour le pipeline commercial.
* Soutenir la préparation des propositions, des présentations et des démonstrations pour les clients ; assister les membres seniors de l'équipe lors des réunions si nécessaire.
* Réaliser des analyses de marché et de la concurrence : cartographier les tendances dans les domaines de la finance, des technologies financières et des assurances, identifier les lacunes du marché et contribuer à la réflexion stratégique sur les prochains objectifs de Bounteous.
* Collaborer avec les équipes marketing, conseil et livraison pour garantir l'alignement entre ce que nous promettons et ce que nous pouvons fournir.
* Rendre compte régulièrement des progrès : état du pipeline, indicateurs de portée, commentaires, qualification des prospects, informations sur le marché.

Qualifications :
* Être actuellement inscrit dans un établissement d'enseignement post-secondaire canadien (à temps plein ou à temps partiel).
* Posséder de solides compétences en communication (écrite et orale), idéalement en anglais et en français.
* Être très motivé, débrouillard, curieux et s'intéresser à la transformation numérique, à la technologie financière, au conseil et à la vente.
* Être à l'aise avec la prospection, la prise de contact à froid et les interactions avec les clients ; posséder de bonnes compétences interpersonnelles et faire preuve de professionnalisme.
* Esprit analytique : capable d'effectuer des recherches, de comprendre les marchés, de synthétiser des informations.
* Capacité à gérer son temps, à suivre les démarches de prospection et à assurer un suivi organisé.
* Connaissance de base des outils bureautiques (par exemple, Google Workspace / Office) ; une expérience en CRM est un plus, mais n'est pas obligatoire.

Sales / Business Development Intern

As a Junior Sales / Business Development Intern, you will fuel our growth by: building and nurturing a pipeline of financial-sector clients, supporting strategic account-farming, performing market and competitor analysis, and contributing to our B2B sales strategy. Under senior mentorship, you’ll learn how to approach, qualify and convert leads, and develop an understanding of challenges and opportunities in banking/insurance/fintech.

Responsibilities:
* Proactively identify & prospect potential clients (banks, insurance companies, fintechs) via market research, databases, LinkedIn, network-building.
* Support account-farming: nurture and manage relationships with leads, maintain contact, understand needs, position Bounteous’ offering for maximum fit.
* Qualify leads and manage CRM / lead-tracking tools; keep the sales pipeline up to date.
* Support preparation of proposals, decks, demos for clients; assist senior team members in meetings when needed.
* Conduct market and competitive analysis: map trends in finance/fintech/insurance, identify market gaps, and contribute to strategic reflections on where Bounteous should target next.
* Collaborate with marketing, consulting, and delivery teams to ensure alignment between what we promise and what we can deliver.
* Report progress regularly: pipeline status, outreach metrics, feedback, lead qualification, market insights.

Qualifications:
* Currently enrolled in a Canadian post-secondary institution (full-time or part-time).
* Strong communication skills (written and verbal), ideally in English and French.
* High motivation, resourcefulness, curiosity; interest in digital transformation, fintech, consulting, sales.
* Comfort with outreach, cold contact, and client interactions; good interpersonal skills and professionalism.
* Analytical mindset: able to perform research, understand markets, synthesize information.
* Ability to manage time, track outreach, and maintain organized follow-ups.
* Basic familiarity with office tools (e.g. Google Workspace / Office); CRM experience a plus but not mandatory.

Nice to Have:
* Prior experience or interest in finance, fintech, banking, or insurance (studies or side projects).
* Some exposure to sales, business development, or client-facing contexts (even through academic projects or part-time jobs).

  • Promote and enforce awareness of key information security practices, including acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, and password security protocols
  • Identify, assess, and report security risks, focusing on how these risks impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets
  • Understand and evaluate how data is stored, processed, or transmitted, ensuring compliance with data privacy and protection standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
  • Ensure data protection measures are integrated throughout the information lifecycle to safeguard sensitive information
