Beghou Consulting is seeking a Staffing Specialist to play a critical role in optimizing resource allocation, driving positive client outcomes, and fostering engaging project experiences for our consultants. Reporting to the Staffing Manager, this role is instrumental in ensuring efficient workforce management by maintaining accurate resource data, strategically aligning talent with projects, and supporting employee development.
In this role you will contribute to strategic and operational initiatives, including capability development, continuous improvement, and data management. This position requires a data-driven, strategic mindset to balance client needs, resource utilization, and consultant career growth.

We'll Trust you to:

  • Strategically Staff Client Projects by aligning consultants with the right opportunities based on their skills and career goals.
  • Maintain Resource Data Accuracy in the resource management system, ensuring planned vs. actual allocations are reconciled.
  • Monitor Timesheet Compliance to support accurate KPI reporting and billing.
  • Curate a Skills Database by ensuring consultants regularly update their profiles and identifying workforce skill gaps.
  • Analyze Resource Capacity & Forecasts, providing leadership with data-driven insights for decision-making.
  • Ensure Project Health & Utilization, proactively balancing workloads and mitigating delivery risks.
  • Support New Hire Integration, ensuring smooth onboarding for campus and experienced hires.
  • Collaborate Across Teams, fostering an inclusive and innovation-driven environment.

You'll need to have:

  • 7+ years in consulting, resource management, or operations within professional services or management consulting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills, with expertise in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, complex formulas) and proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and business intelligence tools.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities, delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management, relationship-building, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to present complex data clearly.
  • Project management experience, effectively coordinating resources and timelines.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
