Description

As a key member of Verily’s Platform organization, you will define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap  of the company’s Participant Management capabilities. You will be responsible for designing and evolving how participant data and metadata are structured within Verily’s core data model, how participants enroll and manage their lifecycle within the care and research programs Verily operates, and how participant data is governed and integrated across other parts of Verily’s platform and downstream systems that need it for outcome reporting, providing user support, billing, analytics, and more. You will also explore the concept of a centralized personal health record and its applicability to Verily’s solutions.  Your work will serve as the foundation for how participant data and operations are scaled and optimized across both Verily’s first-party solutions and third-party product experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Own the vision, discovery, roadmap, and delivery of Participant Management capabilities across Verily’s platform and product ecosystem ensuring alignment with leadership and stakeholders.

  • Define, measure, and be accountable for target product outcome success metrics, ensuring strong ROI and positive outcomes for end users.

  • Stay attuned to evolving user needs and continuously iterate on platform capabilities for Participant Management based on user insights and data-driven learnings.

  • Get hands-on by defining, refining, and managing epics and stories, and using these as core drivers of product development.

  • Drive execution across multiple teams—product, engineering, UX, operations, support, and others—to build and launch products in an agile setting.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in leading the definition, development, and evolution of multi-tenant platform systems.

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, including Agile squads, to deliver large-scale, impactful products.

  • Experience building systems that handle sensitive user data and demonstrated understanding of the unique product, technical, and operational considerations affecting these systems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels: shaping long-term product strategy while owning execution details.

  • Ability to effectively prioritize requirements and meet the needs of a wide range of internal and external customers.

  • Familiarity with the Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources (FHIR) standard for healthcare data management and interoperability.

  • Experience delivering end user-facing applications and products.

  • Experience working within healthcare technology organizations, especially in high-growth environments.

This role is eligible for Verily-sponsored immigration support.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $152,000-$217,000 + bonus  + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
