We’re looking for a strong product manager who is passionate about building products that help merchants grow their business and see our marketplace as a high-value, strategic channel. You will join the Marketplace team, which is responsible for delivering performance growth, transparency, and trust to merchants so they can confidently invest, scale, and succeed on our platform.
In this role you are responsible for defining and driving the product strategy for merchant performance growth, intelligence, and attribution. You’ll work closely with engineering, data science, design, and partnerships to build tools and systems that improve traffic quality, empower merchants with actionable insights, and deliver trusted attribution and reporting. Your work will directly impact how merchants perceive and expand their relationship with our marketplace, ultimately driving long-term supply health and incremental GMV.
What you’ll do
- Lead product strategy for Merchant Performance Growth, giving merchants meaningful levers (campaign tools, traffic quality controls, creative/placement options) to actively improve outcomes and scale investment and drive 10x partner revenue.
- Build Merchant Intelligence & Enablement capabilities, including performance dashboards, actionable insights, predictive demand signals, and reporting that empowers both merchants and our partnerships team.
- Drive Attribution & Trust by developing reliable tracking, automated link validation, and incrementality models that prove merchants are achieving true ROI from the channel.
- Partner with engineering and data science to improve traffic quality and relevance, ensuring clicks sent to merchants are high-intent and more likely to convert.
- Collaborate closely with partnerships, analytics, and design to make sure merchants experience the platform as a trusted, high-performance acquisition channel.
- Define clear metrics tied to incremental GMV, merchant ROI, and retention; prioritize initiatives based on their impact on merchant trust and long-term supply health.
- Merchant-first mindset: You deeply understand merchant goals (incremental revenue, ROI, scalability) and design solutions that map back to them.
- Strategic execution: Experience creating clarity in ambiguous spaces, building 0→1 products, and scaling mature systems.
- Analytical rigor: Comfort with funnels, attribution, incrementally, and using data to size opportunities and guide prioritization.
- Cross-functional leadership: Proven ability to influence and align with engineering, data science, partnerships, PMM and design.
- End-to-end product ownership: Track record of shipping complex products with measurable impact on revenue or growth.
- Autonomy: Comfortable driving initiatives independently while collaborating across multiple teams.
- Experience: 6+ years of product management experience, ideally in marketplaces, ads, performance marketing, or affiliate ecosystems.
- This position requires either equivalent practical experience or a Bachelor’s degree in a related field
