About the role: 

As a Staff Product Manager for Client Growth at Two Chairs you’ll tackle the highest priority problems for the company - attracting and activating new clients to Two Chairs. You’ll bring strong product management skills and expertise in building 0-1 products to ship intuitive, impactful new capabilities to acquire, activate and engage our new clients. You’ll collaborate closely with our go-to-market and internal teams to produce thoughtful and effective solutions. You’ll define the product strategy & roadmap while also rolling up your sleeves to ship new features. Core Areas of Responsibility

Product strategy & roadmap development for client growth (40%)

    • Build the roadmap for client growth, taking in a wide range of inputs across the company to ensure your team is always working on the most impactful projects
    • Deeply understand our go-to-market strategy with referring providers, health plans, and various growth channels 
    • Drive a clear and strong narrative around your investments, and influence & inspire your cross-functional team to plug into your vision

Product execution (50%)

    • Develop strategic, simple solutions for a complicated set of requirements
    • Oversee product surfaces like sign-up, onboarding, activation, and retention loops (SMS, email, notifications) related to the conversion of new clients
    • Flex between building net new capabilities for the company to launching quick, iterative experiments that optimize our growth funnel
    • Consistently evaluate if your solutions have solved the problem through quantitative and qualitative measures

Leadership (10%)

    • Act as a leader and culture carrier around 0 to 1 product development and experimentation 
    • Lead the company through your findings, and facilitate discussion on opportunities, prioritization, tradeoffs, and risks 


Impact and Success Indicators 

Where you’ll make an impact in the first 90 days:

  • You’ll learn the ins and outs of our business model, go-to-market strategy, and client growth pathways. 
  • You’ll review existing research and embed yourself within the cross-functional squad to understand our product surfaces and areas of opportunity.
  • You’ll deliver a roadmap for your core focus areas and begin shipping immediately

 Where you’ll make an impact in the first year:

  • You’ll become an expert in your area and deliver a year-long 2025 roadmap
  • You’ll influence how the company thinks about client growth and develop a playbook for how we grow in new markets and with new partners
  • You’ll teach the broader product development team best practices for 0 to 1 product development

 You’ll be successful if you have:

  • Led client growth in health care or technology-enabled service product offerings in the past
  • Have multiple years (8+) of product management experience
  • Have experience building 0-1 products
  • Are entrepreneurial; you don’t need direction; you're self-driven
  • Excel in product strategy from ambiguous ideas to sequenced plans
  • Able to easily switch between thinking creatively and analytically


Compensation & Benefits

The salary range for this full-time, exempt role is $169,000 -  $228,600. The final offer is dependent on qualifications and experience. New hires can reasonably expect an offer between $169,000 and $198,800.
