Role Purpose
Provide technical leadership for mechanical facilities systems including HVAC, cooling water, exhaust, and thermal management infrastructure in designated Japan site.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead construction of major mechanical utility systems (PCW, CTW, HVAC, exhaust).
  • Conduct load calculations, equipment sizing, energy modeling, and design validation.
  • Ensure compliance with Japanese building codes, JIS standards, and safety regulations.
  • Lead commissioning, system balancing, and performance verification.
  • Manage design firms and construction contractors.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree or above or equivalent working experience
  • 8+ years in mechanical design and construction in Japan.
  • Knowledge of cleanroom HVAC, vibration control, sub-fab mechanical systems.
  • Japanese language required

Requirement: Must have prior Japan work experience.
