The Team:
ServiceNow's Security Operations (SecOps) Business Unit is at the forefront of AI-powered security innovation, delivering solutions that help enterprise customers detect, respond to, and remediate security threats at scale. As our AI security business continues its rapid growth trajectory, we're expanding our product management team to drive the next generation of AI-to-AI security integrations.
As a Staff Inbound Product Manager for SecOps, you'll lead product strategy for integrating ServiceNow's AI security solutions with third-party AI systems from leading security vendors. You'll be instrumental in defining how ServiceNow's AI agents communicate and collaborate across security platforms, enabling our customers to orchestrate incident response and vulnerability management workflows across their entire security ecosystem.

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $149,800 - $262,200, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.

- Lead product strategy for AI-to-AI security integrations that support ServiceNow's growth, defining how autonomous AI agents collaborate across security platforms
- Own the AI product roadmap for security incident response and vulnerability management integrations, transforming complex technical requirements into customer-centric solutions
- Partner directly with external stakeholders in regular strategic meetings to align on integration capabilities and joint value propositions
- Communicate priorities clearly and build alignment across engineering, design, architecture, and partner teams
- Translate complex AI and security workflows into clear, actionable product requirements
- Incorporate customer research, usability insights, and market analysis into product decisions
- Drive cross-functional collaboration and influence stakeholders across product, engineering, UX, leadership, and partner ecosystems
- Work closely with SecOps engineering to deliver scalable integrations and AI-enhanced incident response workflows
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving, including using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on security operations
- 8+ years of software product management experience, preferably in cybersecurity, SecOps, AI/ML or related domains
- Proven track record defining and capturing product requirements and transforming them into executable product roadmaps
- Strong prioritization skills and the discipline to focus on high-impact activities in fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Deep curiosity about customer needs with a demonstrated track record building customer relationships and delivering customer-centric security solutions
- Experience managing stakeholder relationships with external partners and building successful integrations with established or emerging tech or security vendors
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex technical problems into easily understood requirements for diverse audiences
- Experience leading teams and mentoring junior PMs, helping elevate product thinking and execution quality across the organization
- Experience in MCP (Model Context Protocol) or A2A (Agent2Agent) protocol is preferred
- Experience with AI agent communication protocols, API design, or distributed automation frameworks is preferred
