- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and customer-facing teams to translate complex requirements into intuitive solutions
- Champion technical excellence in code quality, testing, accessibility, and performance
- Contribute to technical leadership by guiding peers, surfacing risks, and ensuring alignment with product goals
- Potentially step into a hands-on management role as the team grows
Must Haves
- 8+ years of experience building and scaling complex SaaS products
- Deep expertise in React, TypeScript, and modern front-end frameworks
- Solid experience with Python backends and Postgres databases
- Proven ability to ship high-quality features from design to production in a startup environment
- Excellent communication skills—able to partner with product and non-technical stakeholders, surface key insights, and bring others along in decision-making
- Experience in technical leadership: setting direction, mentoring, and guiding teams through ambiguity
- Startup mentality: you are resilient, pragmatic, and ambitious, and you know how to push for impact while maintaining strong working relationships
