What You Will Do:

As a staff engineer, you will lead the most complex and high impact technical challenges in our Defense unit. You will architect new solutions and mentor other software engineers. You will define what engineering excellence looks like.

What We Value:

  • Strong software development skills, specifically in Python, Rust, JavaScript, Typescript.

  • Experience w/ building infrastructure in AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform.

  • Proficient in leveraging modern LLM tools to accelerate development workflows and enhance code quality.

  • Experience working with time-series and geospatial data.

  • Talent and experience to lead.

  • Ability to travel.

  • Ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance is required.

  • Flexibility to adjust to changing business priorities.
