You will be responsible for reviewing design packages, inspecting installations, ensuring compliance with the NEC and local jurisdictional codes, and collaborating with contractors, sales teams, and technicians to maintain the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities:

  • Review electrical and mechanical PV system designs for compliance with NEC, local codes, and internal standards.
  • Conduct daily reviews of completed residential PV installations.

  • Perform basic electrical calculations and PV energy production estimations.
  • Assist in educating contractors on best practices and standard procedures.
  • Document workflows, system performance, and compliance issues.
  • Collaborate across sales, operations, and construction teams to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.

  • Ability to read and interpret construction documents, including wiring diagrams and schematics.
  • Experience or familiarity with CAD tools.
  • PC proficiency: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); Salesforce experience a plus.
  • Excellent organizational, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
