Job Description

Role - Content Writer (Energy Management, B2C Model, US Market)
Location – 100% Remote (USA)
Employment Type – Contract
Contract Duration – 6 months + possible extension
Tentative start date – ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, write, and refine high-quality content tailored to the Energy Management domain.
  • Create content that supports a B2C customer journey, ensuring clarity, relevance, and emotional engagement.
  • Act as a content educator and consultant—guiding users, simplifying complex ideas, and shaping messages that build trust.
  • Inspire and collaborate with internal teams, providing direction on tone, storytelling, and consumer-centric communication.
  • Rewrite or elevate existing content to improve clarity, emotional depth, and user impact.
  • Work closely with Europe-based UX Designers, ensuring smooth collaboration across time zones.
  • Contribute ideas to improve content strategy, messaging frameworks, and user experience.

 
Required Experience & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 years of proven content writing experience, preferably in technical, energy, environmental, or consumer-focused industries.
  • Strong understanding of the Energy Management sector and consumer-facing products/services.
  • Deep understanding of the US market, consumer language patterns, behavior, and cultural nuances.
  • Experience creating content for the B2C audience and optimizing content for consumer engagement.
  • Ability to write emotionally compelling content that builds trust and drives action.
  • Strong editorial, storytelling, and proofreading capabilities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across time zones.

Qualifications

Must-Have Skills:
Strong expertise in content writing, with the ability to write, rewrite, and elevate content quality.
