You will own the AI growth roadmap, shaping internal capabilities and integrations that streamline marketing and operational workflows across teams.

Ideal for a strategic systems architect and technical leader with deep AI integration experience, this role requires strong coding ability, an eye for operational scalability, and business acumen. The right candidate translates business bottlenecks into comprehensive, automated solutions that drive measurable ROI, accelerate growth, and elevate team effectiveness across departments.

What You’ll Be Doing:Strategic Architecture & Technical Leadership
  • Own the architecture and development of AI-powered systems, workflows, and multi-agent platforms across marketing operations and extended business functions
  • Build and maintain scalable cloud-based infrastructure (GCP) and workflow automation via no-code/low-code platforms (Make.com, n8n, Workato) with focus on high-impact business applications.
  • Drive modular, scalable, multi-agent AI systems that operate 24/7 and integrate with marketing platforms (e.g., Customer.io, Marketo, Salesforce, BigQuery).
  • Develop CI/CD pipelines and scalable automation frameworks.
Cross-Functional Strategic Enablement
  • Lead strategic AI transformation initiatives across cross-functional teams while maintaining technical ownership of core systems and strategic direction
  • Partner with RevOps, Demand Generation, Regional Marketing, Events Marketing, & SDRs to identify workflow inefficiencies and deliver agent-based solutions with measurable business outcomes.
  • Design templates and governance models that enable teams to build, trigger, and measure AI solutions independently.
AI Governance & Strategic Scale
  • Build and maintain secure, documented systems with robust PII controls, compliance protocols, and strategic permission frameworks
  • Establish and drive company-wide standards for AI prompt engineering, version control, testing, observability, and business impact measurement
  • Provide internal training, best practices, and scalable documentation frameworks for AI tools that enable cross-functional team success and organizational AI adoption.
What Makes You a Great Fit:Technical Proficiency
  • 8+ years of experience in engineering or systems development with 2+ years focused on AI-first development.
  • Proven experience building 0-1 AI products and strategic technology implementations with measurable business outcomes.
  • Proficient in JavaScript/Node.js, Python, and working with Git-based development workflows and strategic architecture planning.
  • Deep familiarity with Google Cloud Platform, BigQuery, Cloud Functions, and AI-assisted development (GitHub Copilot, Cursor).
  • Hands-on experience building across AI/LLM frameworks (OpenAI, Gemini, etc.) and integrating into workflows.
Marketing Technology Alignment
  • Demonstrated experience integrating with Customer.io, Hubspot, Marketo, and Salesforce.
  • Expertise in building lead enrichment, routing, scoring, and governance workflows.
  • Background working with analytics, segmentation, and personalization platforms.
Systems Design & Operational Excellence
  • Experience designing automation roadmaps, agent hierarchies, and reusable infrastructure.
  • Proven ability to scope, prioritize, and deliver high-ROI AI automation projects.
  • Strong documentation, stakeholder communication, and presentation skills across technical and business audiences
Bonus Points For:
  • A strategic systems thinker who integrates technical rigor with practical business applications and drives measurable outcomes
  • A technical leader and proactive collaborator who mentors, enables, and scales others without assuming support burden
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity, building frameworks to drive repeatability and efficiency.
  • Demonstrates curiosity, experimentation, and evolving knowledge in the AI development ecosystem.
