Responsibilities
- Help migrate and organize data within our learning management platforms.
- Test and check for accuracy after migration.
- Write scripts and create shot lists for cycling education videos.
- Support video planning, prep, and shoot days.
- Support translations of content so it's accessible for international riders; language skills a plus, especially Mandarin Chinese or Spanish.
- Share ideas to make cycling education more fun and engaging.
- Collaborate with teammates on various projects that connect data, learning tools, and cycling culture.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in communications, business, marketing, data analytics, education, or a related major.
- Passionate and knowledgeable about cycling, direct industry experience a plus.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable communicating and working within a global team.
- We offer a variety of supportive benefits to attract, develop, and engage team members while achieving SRAM's vision for the future. The compensation range for this role is $17 - $21 per hour based on skills and experience level.
