• Partner with Product Management, Engineering, Customer Success, Sales, and technology teams to align solutions with customer and business needs.

• Support customer demonstrations, beta programs, and feedback initiatives.

• Use qualitative and quantitative data, analytics, customer insight, and other sources to establish project metrics, identify evidence gaps, and guide testing strategy.

• Use relevant research and analysis tools, including research software such as FullStory, Crazy Egg, and Userlytics.

• Mentor junior researchers where needed and help strengthen research practices and technical skills.

• Experience creating research documentation and analysis outputs.

• Hands-on ability to create wireframes, workflows, prototypes, or interaction designs when design support is needed.

• Ability to build strong working relationships, communicate clearly, work collaboratively, and manage day-to-day issues independently.

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in psychology, UX, human-computer interaction, product design, design, graphic design, or a related discipline is preferred but not required.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with digital accessibility standards and practices, including WCAG.

• Experience preparing or maintaining VPATs and ACRs.

• Experience with accessibility testing, remediation recommendations, or compliance documentation.

  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
