This is a high-impact role focused on improving production systems used at scale. You will shape user experiences that directly impact efficiency, throughput, and revenue outcomes.

We are looking for someone with a strong bias for action who thrives in fast-paced environments, can move quickly from ambiguity to clarity, and delivers practical, high-quality designs that can be implemented rapidly.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Design Leadership

- Partner with Product leadership to align design with business priorities and roadmap

User Experience & Workflow Optimization

- Translate complex, data-heavy workflows into intuitive and efficient user experiences

- Conduct lightweight, high-impact user research with analysts and stakeholders

Identify opportunities to reduce friction, improve usability, and increase throughput

Execution & Speed

AI first mentality

- Rapidly move from concept to wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready designs

Operate with urgency and ownership, driving work forward without waiting for perfect inputs

- Iterate quickly based on feedback from users, stakeholders, and engineering teams

Leverage modern tools, including AI-assisted design, to accelerate output

Product & Engineering Partnership

- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams to deliver solutions

- Ensure designs are practical, scalable, and aligned with technical constraints

- Support rapid prototyping and iterative development cycles

Design Systems & Scalability

- Build and maintain a scalable design system across multiple platforms

- Ensure consistency in navigation, layout, and interaction patterns

- Drive adoption of design standards across engineering teams

Operational Impact

- Design for high-volume production environments used by hundreds of users

Optimize workflows for speed, clarity, and accuracy in claims processing

- Align design with evolving operational processes and business needs

Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in enterprise or SaaS environments

- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design of complex systems or workflows

- Proven ability to move quickly from concept to production-ready design

- Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments

- Strong bias for action with focus on outcomes over perfection

Proficiency in AI prototyping tools and software.

- Experience with design systems and component libraries

- Strong collaboration skills across Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders

Preferred

- Experience in healthcare, revenue cycle management, or financial systems

- Experience designing for internal operational tools

- Familiarity with workflow optimization, automation, or AI-driven experiences

What Success Looks Like

- Users can navigate systems faster with less friction

- Workflows are simplified, standardized, and scalable

- Design patterns are consistent across platforms

- Product teams move faster with clear, implementable designs

- Measurable improvements in efficiency and throughput

Why This Role Matters
