About the position:

Given our business model where our customers pay us over time, Customer Success is absolutely vital to our customers deriving long-term value from our platform. To enhance our customer’s experience with Netskope, we need experienced Professional Services Engineers to drive value and success for our customers.

We continue to scale our world class Professional Services organization to drive value and success for our customers, including the US Federal Government. This position reports directly to the AMER PS leader.


The Sr. Technical Project Manager (TPM) for the Americas and US Federal, you will be responsible for

  • Manage a large number of projects with a wide range of customer profiles, including the US Federal government
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Understand the customer requirements and deliverables. When necessary you will drive the creation and review for the Statement of Work (SOW)
  • Present the Netskope PS to customers and prospects. Be able to articulate both the PS and the company value proposition.
  • Maintain and share accurate reports to share with the PS and CSG leadership when required 
  • Work closely with Sales, Support, and Engineering to ensure customer needs are met 
  • Lead and contribute to project definition, planning, documentation and data collection
  • Provide management and leadership skills and drive execution on program goals. 
Job Requirements:
  • 7+ years managing projects and programs
  • Experience working with US Federal customers (civilian agencies and DoD)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Demonstrable experience presenting to customers and company leaders 
  •  Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with both technical and nontechnical people
  • Experience working with SalesForce, PSA tools, and GSuite
  • Ability to quickly develop strong and open relationships with a service-minded approach to customers, partners, and subcontracting vendors.

  • Ability to work well under pressure, develop an in-depth knowledge of the customer business, projects and initiatives
  • Experience with working with a Fortune 500 companies
  • Prior experience in hyper-growth company a definite plus

Education::
  • Bachelor's degree (BSCS or equivalent) or equivalent work experience
