Job Overview
We’re looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager to lead the evolution of Skypoint’s data unification and agentic AI platform. This is a high-impact role for a strategic, technically fluent product leader with deep experience in healthcare technology.
You’ll work cross-functionally to define the vision, roadmap, and execution strategy for our AI and data-driven solutions—ensuring they are secure, scalable, and purpose-built to solve real challenges for healthcare providers, payers, and senior care organizations.

Location: Beaverton, Oregon (Lifetime Work Offices) – 5 days/week (No hybrid or remote)

What You’ll Do
·       Define and drive the strategic product roadmap aligned with company objectives and healthcare market needs
·       Lead product discovery and translate complex healthcare use cases into clear epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
·       Partner with engineering to develop scalable, secure, and regulatory-compliant solutions
·       Manage backlog grooming, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies in tools like Jira or Azure DevOps
·       Create and manage comprehensive technical product documentation, including architecture overviews, workflows, release notes, and user guides
·       Develop and maintain knowledge bases and internal/external support content
·       Monitor and report on key metrics such as product adoption, user satisfaction, and feature performance
·       Lead the API strategy, third-party integrations, and ontology development for healthcare data systems
·       Collaborate cross-functionally with UX, GTM, data science, and customer success teams
·       Serve as a key product stakeholder in implementation and go-to-market efforts
·       Ensure product compliance with HIPAA, HITRUST r2, and other privacy and regulatory standards
 
Education & Experience Requirements
·       Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field. An MBA or equivalent experience in product strategy is a plus.
·       7+ years of product management experience, with at least 3+ years focused on healthcare technology, clinical data systems, or regulatory-compliant SaaS platforms.
·       Proven track record of leading data and AI-driven product development, preferably in complex B2B or enterprise environments.
·       Strong understanding of data unification architectures, agentic AI concepts, and healthcare-specific data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR).
·       Hands-on experience working with cloud platforms (preferably Azure), product analytics, and integration frameworks (e.g., APIs, third-party connectors).
·       Demonstrated ability to collaborate with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver impactful, secure, and scalable solutions.
·       Familiarity with regulatory and compliance standards including HIPAA, HITRUST r2, and SOC 2 Type 2.
·       Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills with a user-centered, metrics-driven mindset.

·       Experience with data lakehouse architecture, healthcare ontologies, and agentic AI platforms
