Key Details:
  • Pay: $31.25 - $45.67 per hour 
  • Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), 11 paid holidays, vacation & sick leave
  • Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, Pacific Time hours
  • Remote: 100% remote (Note: Equipment is not provided by the company)
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Software Business Analyst to work on enhancing existing software. You’ll play a key role in gathering requirements from internal and external clients and translating them into detailed technical documentation. The ideal candidate has worked as a Software Business Analyst or a Business Analyst on complex software systems and demonstrates strong collaboration with QA teams, developers, and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience as a Software Business Analyst in a SaaS environment or working on complex software systems.
  • Proven expertise in requirements gatheringtechnical documentation, and QA testing.
  • Proficiency with tools like JiraPostman, and MS Office.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science (or related field) preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to work effectively across teams and with external clients.
