Agile Recruiting Delivery
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, often focused on high-demand, hard-to-fill, or growth-driven positions
- Execute recruiting work in agile sprints, including backlog prioritization, sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Balance speed, quality, candidate experience, and equity within an agile delivery model
- Adapt recruiting strategies quickly based on shifting business needs and market conditions
Strategic Partnership & Consultation
- Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders, providing guidance on talent market trends, role requirements, and hiring strategies
- Set clear expectations with stakeholders regarding timelines, process, and shared accountability
- Influence decision-making through data, insights, and consultative recommendations
- Facilitate alignment discussions when priorities, equity considerations, or competing demands arise
Talent Sourcing & Candidate Experience
- Develop proactive sourcing strategies using market insights, pipelines, referrals, and outreach campaigns
- Screen, assess, and advance candidates using structured and equitable evaluation practices
- Deliver a positive, inclusive, and transparent candidate experience from initial contact through offer and onboarding
Data, Insights & Continuous Improvement
- Leverage recruiting metrics (e.g., time to fill, funnel conversion, quality indicators) to guide decisions and identify opportunities
- Use data to inform sprint reprioritization and staffing recommendations
- Participate in retrospectives and improvement initiatives to enhance agile recruiting practices
- Contribute to the development or refinement of recruiting playbooks, templates, and best practices
Collaboration & Team Contribution
- Partner closely with sourcers, coordinators, and other consultants to support shared goals
- Actively contribute to team knowledge-sharing, best practice discussions, and process standardization
- Support learning and adoption of agile ways of working across the broader TA organization
Education/Experience Required:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5 years of current HR experience
- 5 years of solid recruiter experience with results focused on proactive consultation efforts
- Years of experience can be concurrent
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:
- Software literacy: Microsoft Office suite.
- Project Management
- Applicant Tracking Software
- Knowledge of Internet Recruitment

- Strong Team Orientation
- Ability to build relationships and credibility with managers and peers
- Ability to think creatively and solve very difficult problems
- Ability to navigate a complex organizational environment to identify the individuals who can assist in solving problems
- Working knowledge of EEOC/AAP hiring regulations.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
- Ability to travel across the Advocate system.
- Thorough working knowledge of company HR policies and procedures.
- Highly-refined written and oral interpersonal skills in the areas of managerial consultation, small group facilitation and/or presentations, and large group presentation to deal with the diversity of potential interfaces required (all organizational levels.)
