About SkinnyDipped
Located in Seattle, SkinnyDipped was founded by a mom, her daughter, and two best friends after realizing that nothing is more important than time spent with the ones you love. Starting out of their kitchen, the four women created SkinnyDipped: thinly dipped chocolate almonds that are exceptionally good-for-you and ridiculously delicious. We’re a women-led company driven by the belief that healthy snacking should make both you and your body happy.

  • Oversee all third-party warehouse operations, ensuring inventory accuracy, order execution, and tight temperature-control compliance.
  • Conduct on-site audits and lead quarterly business reviews with warehouse and fulfillment partners.
  • Ensure effective cycle counting and annual physical inventory processes, reconciling discrepancies and maintaining ERP accuracy.
  • Track and report monthly warehouse expenses against budget; identify cost drivers and opportunities for savings.
  • Run E-Commerce & Amazon Fulfillment
  • Manage logistics operations across all e-comm programs - DTC, Amazon FBA, FBM, and SFP.
  • Partner with the Customer Service Manager to monitor Amazon Vendor Central/Seller Central metrics (OTIF, chargebacks, inventory health).
  • Ensure packaging, storage, and shipping standards protect product integrity.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing and operations on new launches, seasonal spikes, and major demand moments.
  • Leadership & Team Management
  • Manage and mentor the Customer Service Manager, ensuring seamless coordination across customer service, logistics, and supply chain operations.
  • Provide guidance on customer order flow, distributor compliance, and daily reporting.
  • Develop KPIs for the team and own performance metrics around on-time delivery, order accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
  • Build a positive, collaborative, accountable culture across logistics, customer service, sales, planning, and operations.
  • Manage Temperature-Controlled Freight & Transportation
  • Oversee all outbound temperature-controlled shipments to distributors, e-commerce centers, and customers.
  • Negotiate freight rates, manage contracts, and balance cost with service quality.
  • Monitor carrier performance, temperature compliance, and freight claims; manage corrective actions as needed.
  • Analyze freight spend and identify network, mode, or routing optimization opportunities.
  • Support Distributors & Retail Partners
  • Use UNFI, KeHE, and other distributor reporting to monitor fill rates, OTIF, cost-to serve, and chargebacks.
  • Partner with the Customer Service Manager to troubleshoot order delays, shortages, or compliance issues.
  • Partner with Sales and Planning to identify root causes of service failures and build sustainable long-term solutions.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement & Strategic Projects
  • Lead initiatives to improve efficiency, cost performance, data visibility, and overall network resilience.
  • Partner with IT and external consultants to enhance ERP (NetSuite) configuration and reporting.
  • Support sustainability efforts related to packaging, transportation, and carbon reduction.
  • Stay current with FSMA requirements, cold-chain best practices, and food-safety regulations.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Experience & Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration (MBA a plus).
  • 5+ years of progressive supply chain/logistics experience in CPG, food, or beverage; temperature-sensitive products strongly preferred.
  • Experience with US export to Canada or Mexico is a bonus.
  • Proven leadership experience spanning both logistics and customer service.
  • Skills & Strengths
  • Deep experience with 3PL operations, temperature-controlled freight, and distributor logistics (UNFI, KeHE, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with ERPs—NetSuite preferred—and warehouse management systems.
  • Familiarity with Amazon Vendor Central / Seller Central programs.
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen with experience managing departmental budgets.
  • Excellent communicator and skilled negotiator with a collaborative, solutions-oriented leadership style.

  • Competitive salary
  • Annual performance bonus
  • Equity opportunity
  • Excellent medical/dental/vision benefits
  • 401(k)
  • 3 weeks paid vacation + 14 paid holidays
  • Paid parental leave

  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
