About the Role:

The Sr. Strategics Field Marketing Manager is a strategic role within the AMER & META Field Marketing team, responsible for building and launching blended ABM strategies that accelerate pipeline growth, deepen customer engagement, and drive measurable revenue impact across our top accounts.

Working closely with sales and marketing leadership, and cross-functional teams, you'll help develop and scale the strategies, frameworks, playbooks, and capabilities to execute consistent, high-impact ABM programs. Your work will establish repeatable best practices that strengthen regional execution today while creating a foundation that can be adopted across the organization.

Beyond ABM, you'll play a leading role in advancing AI adoption across the field marketing organization by developing practical AI guidance and enablement that empower marketers to work smarter, move faster, and deliver greater business impact. You will work cross-functionally to achieve success.

You are ultimately a creative, curious, and strategic builder who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys solving complex challenges, and is passionate about creating solutions that help teams succeed.

What You'll Do:

Build the Regional ABM Blueprint

  • Partner with sales and marketing leadership to build the strategies, frameworks, and playbooks that power scalable ABM across the region. Enable field teams to execute consistent, high-impact 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many ABM programs that accelerate pipeline, strengthen customer relationships, and drive measurable revenue growth.

Deliver High-Impact ABM Programs

  • Lead the design and execution of high-impact ABM programs in partnership with sales and regional marketers to accelerate pipeline, strengthen customer relationships, and drive revenue across top accounts. Use performance insights to refine strategies, validate new approaches, and establish best practices that scale across the organization.

Own the ISAC Community Strategy

  • Shape and drive our ISAC (Information Sharing and Analysis Center) marketing strategy to penetrate target accounts at a deeper level, cultivating ecosystem relationships through specialized memberships and high-impact, in-person activations.

Scale AI Across Field Marketing

  • Champion the adoption of generative AI by developing practical workflows, prompts, agents, governance, and enablement that empower marketers to work smarter, move faster, and unlock new levels of productivity and creativity.

Create the Systems That Scale

  • Design repeatable planning frameworks, operational processes, and best practices that simplify execution, improve consistency, and enable regional teams to deliver exceptional marketing at scale.

Influence Regional Growth Strategy

  • Partner with regional marketing leaders to shape quarterly and annual plans, ensuring investments align with business priorities, customer needs, and ABM best practices while driving pipeline and revenue.

Drive Marketing Innovation

  • Evaluate emerging technologies, optimize the existing marketing technology ecosystem, and transform complex capabilities into intuitive solutions that improve adoption, efficiency, and performance.

Turn Data into Decisions

  • Develop meaningful reporting frameworks, KPIs, and executive-ready insights that demonstrate marketing's contribution to the business, uncover opportunities for optimization, and guide strategic decision-making.

Unite Around Growth

  • Build trusted partnerships across sales, marketing, and extended teams to improve alignment, streamline execution, and create integrated strategies that accelerate business outcomes.

Continuously Improve How We Work

  • Identify opportunities to simplify processes, remove friction, and introduce smarter ways of working that help the organization scale, adapt, and innovate.

Who You Are:

  • You're a strategic builder who enjoys creating structure where none exists and turning ideas into winning programs.

  • You think beyond individual campaigns, designing systems and frameworks that help teams consistently deliver better results. You thrive in collaborative environments and naturally bring people together around a shared vision.

  • You're energized by solving complex challenges with curiosity, creativity, and data. You embrace emerging technologies, see AI as a force multiplier, and continuously explore new ways to improve how marketing works.

  • Most importantly, you're motivated by impact—building capabilities that accelerate pipeline, strengthen customer engagement, and help teams achieve more together.

What You'll Need:

Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, field marketing, ABM, and/or marketing strategy.

  • Experience partnering closely with sales organizations in a matrixed environment.

  • Experience designing, launching, and operationalizing ABM programs or strategic marketing initiatives.

  • Proven success driving measurable pipeline growth through integrated marketing programs.

  • Strong capability in vertical market segmentation, industry analysis, and specialized account and cluster positioning.

  • Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.

Expertise

  • Mastery of modern ABM strategies and how complex organizations operate.

  • Strong grasp of sales methodologies, deal mechanics, and revenue-generating sales processes.

  • Experience developing scalable marketing frameworks, playbooks, and enablement programs.

  • Excellent project management and cross-functional leadership skills.

  • Strong analytical capabilities, including marketing measurement, attribution, and performance reporting.

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across functions and regions.

AI & Technology

  • Hands-on experience using generative AI to improve marketing effectiveness, productivity, and planning.

  • Deep familiarity with CRM platforms, marketing automation, ABM technologies, intent data, content experience platforms, and analytics tools.

  • Curiosity to evaluate emerging technologies and turn innovation into practical business value.

Bonus Points:

  • Proven success in a cybersecurity, fast-paced B2B technology environment.

  • Certifications in leading ABM platforms, ABM associations, and AI tools.

  • A growth mindset, strong curiosity, and a passion for continuous learning and improvement.

The Opportunity:

This is an opportunity to help shape the future of field marketing. You'll build scalable ABM strategies with sales, pioneer new ways of working with AI, and create programs that influence how marketing drives growth across the business.
