Job Description

The Sr. Staff Project Manager (PM) will provide end to end project leadership for cross functional and critical initiatives in the Filtration and Separation division, collaborating with diverse teams to ensure successful delivery. Partner with sponsors and champions across the business to implement critical initiatives for a meaningful impact!

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive project leadership from concept to completion.
  • Lead cross-functional teams across Operations, Supply Chain, Product Management, Finance, Engineering, Information Technology, Human Resources, and Customer Excellence.
  • Develop and supervise project schedules, ensuring timely progression and turning point achievement.
  • Express decision requirements and manage project finances.
  • Monitor and report phase progress, ensuring successful execution of projects.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated expertise in project management with experience leading large complex projects/ programs
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration.
  • Outstanding organizational skills to manage schedules, budgets, and achievements.
  • Ability to collaborate with executive sponsors and effectively implement central initiatives.
  • Strong communication abilities to clearly express decision requirements and project progress.
