Charles Schwab Investment Management (CSIM) is the asset management arm of the Charles Schwab Corporation. CSIM delivers a wide variety of products including mutual funds, exchange-traded funds (ETFs) and money market funds within Schwab Asset Management Solutions (SAMS). The overall SAMS team embodies our firms commitment to providing client-centric solutions that help Schwab clients achieve their financial goals.

The CSIM Separately Managed Accounts Reconciliation Team reviews the accuracy of transactions daily in client accounts. The teams goal is to provide the detailed, timely, and accurate reviews of client accounts. We hold ourselves to the highest of standards and strive to create a strong functional atmosphere in which our PMs and Traders can focus solely on making effective decisions for our clients accounts.

Key job responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Review transactions for client accounts.
  • Cash and position reconciliation.
  • Monitor and process corporate actions.
  • Identifying, investigating, and resolving cash, position, and performance, issues.
  • Communicating with and monitoring our external vendors (custodians, accountants, etc.) and internal partners.
  • Ensure data integrity and assist with system maintenance
  • Network with senior personnel internally and externally to resolve issues, gain needed information, and influence outcomes for team

What you have

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • 3+ years of experience in financial operations
  • Ability to work a flex 8 hour schedule 7:00am - 5:00 pm EST

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with separately managed accounts and/or 40 ACT funds preferred
  • Familiarity with corporate actions
  • Demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
  • Require little instruction on day-to-day work in operational processes
  • Ability to identify and solve issues proactively and independently
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and relationship building skills
  • Vestmark and BlackRock's Aladdin system experience preferred

In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
