We are seeking an experienced and data-driven Sr. Coupa Sourcing Analyst to drive measurable savings and optimize commercial terms across key Indirect Spend categories (including, but not limited to, IT, HR Services, Marketing, and Professional Services).

This mid-level role will be responsible for supporting the administration of the Source-to-PO/Contract process—from spend analysis and category strategy adherence to executing competitive sourcing events and managing contract compliance, all primarily leveraging the Coupa platform

What You'll Do:

  • Support the development and execution of detailed sourcing strategies for indirect categories, using spend analysis in Coupa to identify cost-reduction and supplier consolidation opportunities.
  • Manage end-to-end competitive sourcing events (RFx, auctions) in the Coupa Sourcing module, analyze supplier proposals, and lead commercial negotiations to achieve savings and mitigate risk.
  • Utilize the Coupa Contract Management module to draft and manage agreements, ensuring full spend compliance against contracted terms (pricing, volume) and correct PO linkage.
  • Partner with the Supplier Lifecycle team to ensure a seamless, automated onboarding and risk-vetting process for all newly awarded suppliers.
  • Act as the primary procurement contact for internal business units, educating them on the sourcing process while also tracking, validating, and reporting all realized savings to Finance.

What You Will Bring to Coupa:

  • 3+ years of progressive experience in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, or Category Management, with a focus on Indirect Spend
  • Hands-on experience using the Coupa modules
  • Strong financial acumen and advanced analytical skills
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills required to influence senior stakeholders and external suppliers
  • 3+ years of experience (they can have more, but this is specific experience pertaining to the skillset for the role)
