About the team and what we'll build together
The Solutions Architecture team partners with Sales, Product, and GTM Enablement to shape opportunities, design solution approaches, and communicate Kobie’s differentiated value. We influence prospects and clients through effective discovery, storytelling, and technical expertise that connects our product roadmap to their business outcomes.
How you will make an impact
- In this customer-facing role, you will lead technical discovery, shape solution scope, and present Kobie’s architecture in ways that resonate with both technical and business stakeholders. You’ll help qualify opportunities, anticipate risks, and use your expertise to address challenges and objections.
- Immerse yourself in the ever-evolving martech industry, maintaining a deep understanding of competitive and complementary technologies and vendors and how to position Kobie in relation to them.
- Design, deliver, and maintain compelling demo environments and proofs of concept that showcase Kobie’s flexibility, scalability, and differentiated features.
- Collaborate closely with Product to remain a resident expert on product developments and releases.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor positioning, and partner ecosystem dynamics. Translate this knowledge into compelling positioning strategies that differentiate Kobie in competitive pursuits
What you need to be successful
- Experience:
- 6+ years in SaaS, with at least 3 in a pre-sales or solution consulting role
- Broad working knowledge of SaaS and cloud-based data, decisioning, CRM, and analytics applications, with specific focus on expertise with API/microservices, data streaming, and identity/CRM integrations.
- You will be able to provide valuable insight and real-world experiences to Product Management, Software Engineering, Marketing and Sales Enablement teams to help keep our solutions and our value proposition the best in the industry.
