As a Sr. Solutions Analyst you will be focused on articulating and demonstrating how Numerator solutions provide visibility, insights, efficiencies, and financial value for CPG clients.  You’ll serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor, translating complex business questions into clear, differentiated solutions using Numerator’s Promotions and Insights platforms.

What You'll Do:  

The Sr. Solutions Analyst is responsible for the following functions pertaining primarily to Numerator’s Promotions and Insights solutions:

  • Lead with insight. Translate client business needs into customized solutions, delivering compelling narratives and use cases that tie directly to growth, efficiency, and ROI

  • Drive the pre-sales process. Partner with Sales Directors to support deal strategy, craft persuasive demonstrations, and contribute to project proposal development from scoping to pitch.

  • Tell the story. Build and deliver high-impact presentations to audiences ranging from functional managers to senior decision-makers, tailoring messaging to match each level of influence.

  • Shape strategy. Identify white space opportunities and share client feedback to help inform roadmap evolution for Numerator’s Promotions and US Panel offerings.

  • Be the expert. Develop and maintain a strong technical understanding of Numerator’s data, methodology, and platform capabilities, providing trusted guidance to internal teams and prospects.

  • Bridge teams. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Data Science, Operations, and Marketing to relay client feedback.

  • Show thought leadership. Contribute to webinars, industry events, and customer forums to elevate our brand and reinforce our value proposition.

  • Thrive in ambiguity. Proactively identify business needs and develop innovative, self-directed solutions.

  • Execute under pressure. Consistently deliver high-quality outcomes within tight timelines.

  • Collaborate effectively across teams. Build alignment and momentum in a dispersed environment.

  • Demonstrate intellectual curiosity. Have a bias for learning and solving complex challenges creatively.

  • Maintain a positive, outcome-oriented mindset. Focus on solutions, not obstacles.

  • 3+ years of experience in Consumer Insights, Analytics, Retail, CPG, or relevant experience in developing business analytics and insights

  • Deep fluency in syndicated and panel-based data (e.g., NielsenIQ, Circana, NPD, SPINS), deep fluency in Promotions data 

  • Strong consultative skills - adept at listening, challenging assumptions, and framing solutions that drive action

  • Track record of operating effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous, and growth-oriented environments

  • Skilled in strategic storytelling, business case development, and value-based selling

  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint; comfort with data manipulation and analysis is a must

  • Collaborative mindset with strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills

  • Willingness to travel (as needed) to support in-person client meetings, industry events, and team collaboration sessions
