About the Role:

As the Sr. Solutions Analyst of Operations, you will play a key role in driving our research and development efforts to create innovative solutions that address complex challenges. Focus areas include but are not limited to Inventory Control, Operations Resource and Task Management, and other Operational functions.  You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs, conduct in-depth research, and develop prototype software solutions that can be productionalized by our software engineering partners. Your work will be instrumental in shaping the future of our products and services.

You Will:
  • Lead the design and implementation of first-generation software solutions, from concept to delivery

  • Utilize data analytics and visualization tools to extract insights, improve decision-making, and optimize operational processes

  • Develop interactive dashboards, reporting tools, and predictive models to support inventory management, procurement, and resource allocation

  • Utilize low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Retool) and web frameworks to rapidly develop functional prototypes that enhance operational efficiency

  • Act as a subject matter expert by providing technical guidance and best practices in data analytics and app development

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish technical specifications

  • Evaluate and benchmark different technologies and methodologies to determine their suitability for various projects

  • Document research findings, methodologies, and results in clear and concise report

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in technology and participate in knowledge-sharing activities within the team

You Have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field (Master's degree preferred)

  • 8+ years of experience in 8+ years of experience in software development, data analytics, or a related technical field 

  •  Advanced proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Python, JavaScript, or C++.

  • Experience with data analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Pandas, or NumPy

  • Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and database management systems

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights

  • Solid understanding of research methodologies, experimental design, and statistical analysis

  • Extensive experience with software design patterns,  algorithms,and web development frameworks.

  • Familiarity with cloud technologies and databases. 

  • Experience developing app-based solutions using frameworks such as Retool, React, Flutter, or low-code/no-code platforms

  • Excellent communication skills for effectively conveying complex ideas and technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
