We are looking for a Senior Product Manager – myQ Video Experience to take ownership of the video experience inside the myQ app, delivering a best-in-class experience that drives video subscription growth and supports our overall P&L objectives. This role will collaborate closely with hardware teams to bring innovative camera products to market, ensuring seamless integration and superior customer satisfaction.  

 

Education requirements include: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering or related field 

Experience requirements include: 5+ years in Product Management, Engineering, or in a Product Owner role 

 

 

Essential Duties: 

Vision & Roadmap Development: 

  • Develop, communicate, and implement a clear vision and roadmap for the video experience within the myQ app. 
  • Drive improvements to the software experience to increase video subscription rates and support achievement of full P&L objectives. 

Feature Identification & Business Case Development: 

  • Identify the most compelling video features for customers by leveraging user insights and competitive analysis. 
  • Create detailed business cases to justify value propositions and the development effort required for new features. 

Hardware and AI Collaboration: 

  • Conduct voice-of-customer research and define product and technical requirements to ensure a seamless, integrated experience. 
  • Partner with hardware and firmware teams to launch new camera products, from concept through commercialization. 
  • Work with our AI team to deliver the most compelling advanced software features to market 

Cross-Functional Leadership: 

  • Lead a cross-functional team of software developers and designers to deliver a connected, engaging experience for video users. 
  • Own the implementation, measurement, and monitoring of key video-related features and initiatives. 

The pay range/rate of pay for this position is $123,000.00-$216,000.00; base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.  In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).  This position is eligible for participation in a short-term incentive plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
