Brady’s Engraving Solutions group is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Software Engineer to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying full-stack solutions that directly impact our end-users. The ideal candidate is a passionate developer with a strong background in creating robust and user-centric applications. This is an onsite role based in our Boston, MA or Pittsburgh, PA office.
Preferred Qualifications- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code across the entire software stack.
- Develop and enhance sophisticated end-user applications with a focus on usability and performance.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, and contribute to architectural decisions.
- Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality features.
- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Analyze monitoring and system performance data and provide improvement recommendations to product and system owners
