About the Role

As a Sr. Software Engineer, Frontend, you will help build, implement, and maintain user interfaces for our AI products. You will work closely with cross-functional groups across engineering, machine learning, product, and design teams. Our ideal candidate has existing experience building for less technical users and is excited to innovate for impact in healthcare.

Together with the broader team, you will work on AI-native products that correct clinical errors for hundreds of thousands of patients, and deliver hundreds of millions of dollars in measurable value for our customers.

These products improve the quality of physician documentation, help clinicians identify missing diagnoses, convert documentation to medical codes and ensure financial integrity for health systems. The interfaces you develop help thousands of clinicians and hospital staff tackle some of the most challenging and high-impact patient encounters in U.S. healthcare.

What You'll Do

• Build and land cutting-edge and novel experiences at large healthcare organizations

• Incorporate feedback from internal and external users to iteratively build and implement features that truly solve problems for our customers

• Partner with backend engineers to help define APIs and data flows for a seamless frontend experience

• Partner closely with our product, design, and machine learning teams

• Mentor junior engineers on the team

• Explore and evaluate new technologies in healthcare

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering or related field.

• 5+ years of experience in front-end programming

• Experience with ReactJS is required

• TypeScript or Javascript with another strongly typed language

• Strong visual design sense and an ability to empathize with users

• Nice to have: any backend experience with Python

Compensation

• Based on market data and other factors, the salary range for this position is $175,000-$230,000 + Equity. However, a salary higher or lower than this range may be appropriate for a candidate whose qualifications differ meaningfully from those listed in the job description.
