What You Will Get To Do:

As a Software Development Engineer in Test, you will help create and maintain automation frameworks that enable scrum teams to follow quality practices, ensuring our product is held to the highest standards before being placed in front of clients. We work in a fast-paced, continuous integration, continuous delivery ecosystem, so the challenges of thorough, independent and reliable automation create interesting problems that we aim to solve with cutting edge, open-source technology.

  • Examine business requirements and work alongside engineering to develop and
    execute comprehensive test plans
  • Partner with team members through design discussions, code reviews, debugging sessions, and promoting best practices that foster a culture of continuous improvement
  • Contribute to the automation roadmap and improve testing efficiency by creating and enhancing automation frameworks
  • Identify and address performance bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, and other system limitations

What You Will Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree with a major or minor in Computer Science or similarly technical/quantitative field; equivalent work or project experience
  • 3+ years of software development experience, with a focus on creating or maintaining automation frameworks
  • Proficiency in one of the following programming languages: C#, JavaScript, Go, Python
  • Understanding of microservices architecture, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and at least one public cloud technology (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing automated tests
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical challenges
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Octopus, Github)
