Unity(TM) Lab Services is a segment that supports the division in the distribution of products to our customers and provides essential external services directly on client sites focused on improving supply chain efficiency and research operations. Join our dedicated team in Unity Lab Services as a Glasswash Specialist, where we provide flawless support tailored to our remarkable needs.

This position is primarily focused on scientific support services within the main services of Unity Lab Services including:

• Glassware management through the Washroom.
• Glassware support through pickups and drop-offs in the lab spaces.

What will you do?

• Handle our client's inventory directly at the heart of their laboratory on stock management tasks including Glassware stock control, record keeping, ordering, and other functions as needed,
• Lead laboratory glassware: inspect, collect, sort, wash, dry, sterilize/autoclave, redistribute, as well as maintain equipment, and track activities.
• Follow defined good practices, procedures, and work instructions.
• Represent Thermo Fisher Scientific at all times, in a professional and positive manner in accordance with the company's values.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements (Thermo Fisher and client),
• Continuously seek improvements and be proactive,

Experience:

• 1+ year of experience in customer service with validated verbal and written skills.

Knowledge, skills, and abilities

• Show a strong desire to serve the client.
• Be organized, meticulous, and have a keen sense of detail.
• Provide optimal customer service performance, including maintaining a professional appearance, posture, and speech at all times.
• Have the ability to lift, push, and pull loads up to 40lbs.
• It may be necessary to work independently,
