Sr. Business Systems Analyst

We're looking for a driven and analytical Sr. Business Systems Analyst to help us optimize and scale our commercial tech stack.

As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, you will be the bridge between our business stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, Client Success, and Client Care,  and the technology they use every day. You will play a critical role in translating business needs into technical solutions, managing our core business applications, and driving process improvements that directly impact revenue and efficiency.

• Requirements & Solutioning: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Client Care stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Translate these needs into functional specifications and well-designed technical solutions within our business systems.
• System Administration & Enhancement: Perform hands-on configuration and administration of our tech stack, with a primary focus on Salesforce and HubSpot. This includes managing custom objects, fields, validation rules, page layouts, flows, and user permissions.
• Integration & Automation: Design, build, and maintain robust, scalable integrations and process automations using our iPaaS platform, Workato. You will be responsible for connecting data and workflows between Salesforce, HubSpot, and other key applications (e.g., Gong, Conga, DocuSign, Netsuite).
• Project Management: Manage projects from discovery and design through to development, testing, and deployment. Ensure that solutions are delivered on time and meet business objectives.
• Data Integrity & Reporting: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights into GTM performance. Implement processes and controls to ensure high levels of data quality and integrity across all connected systems.
• Support & Enablement: Act as a subject matter expert for our business applications, providing end-user support, troubleshooting system issues, and creating documentation and training materials to enable our teams.

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Salesforce Administrator, or in a similar role within a fast-paced, tech-driven environment (SaaS company experience is a huge plus!).
• Deep expertise in Salesforce administration and configuration (Sales Cloud is a must). You should be comfortable building Flows, managing complex security models, and understanding the core Lead, Account, Contact, and Opportunity objects.
• Hands-on experience with an iPaaS tool, with a strong preference for Workato. Experience with similar platforms like MuleSoft or Boomi will also be considered.
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (preferably HubSpot) and a solid understanding of the marketing-to-sales funnel.
• Strong understanding of core Go-To-Market business processes, including lead management, opportunity lifecycle, and quote-to-cash.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguous requirements and propose effective solutions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Highly Preferred: 

• • Salesforce Administrator Certification (required); Advanced Admin or higher (preferred).
  • Proficiency in SQL
  • Working knowledge of APEX, Lightning Web Components, and Aura
